1. Allowed use
You may use GenAsset to store, version, and manage lawful creative and technical generation assets, metadata, and workflow artifacts.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive use.
- Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Attempts to probe, bypass, or disrupt platform security.
- Token abuse, credential sharing that bypasses plan limits, or unauthorized access attempts.
- Malware, abusive automation, denial-of-service activity, or other harmful payloads.
3. Safety and compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded and shared data complies with applicable laws, contracts, and internal policy obligations.
4. Enforcement
WARESTACK LTD may investigate policy violations and take action, including rate limits, token revocation, suspension, or account termination, where needed to protect users and the service.
